on my windows mobile alcatel idol 4s, whatsapp is shutting down as of December 31st this year. I am very much looking forward to this Go flip 3 phone and switch from my slowly dying windows phone :-(

In reply to guest nonstop. Not sure what your needs are for your trucking,but u ,or might be better off getting Tab A,it only has 16 gigs those,u can get one from ebay for anywhere from $90-120. Still have my,which I am about to put on ebay myself,never had problem with it,2/16,4glte,but it didn't come with usbc,or the Lg tablet that Tmo was selling 2 yrs ago that came with a lil speaker box,it was 2/32,I don't think it had usbc either. Hope this helps you.

Great another low end tablet by Alcatel,never had one, What I read about them on Tmo site from ppl who got them most give them bad reviews. Some ppl,say they are ok if don’t expect Ipad/Galaxy performing from them.

In reply to Acdc1a. Samsung has one,forgot the name of it,but cost big buck,I believe it is over $1,000. Don't remember everything about it,I believe it has 4" screen,flash for the camera, Saw it on ebay,then read Sam,came out updated one.

Why can’t we have a flip phone in this form factor that runs a full version of Android? I think they’d sell.

In reply to Francisco. according to the specs, it is just another propitiatory version.. but it will be going from version 1 from the last go flip phone, to 2.5 for the new version. I think the best thing that they did to it was added support for bands 25, 26, 41, and 71 to it for Metro/T-Mobile customers. Since the last version did not support band 71, there was no way to access the new band 71 towers. Nice to see it added to this one. Also, nice to see that they still are going to have flip phones too.. Some people need them.

Man, I hope the Go Flip 3 comes with full KaiOS. I was stoked when the first one came out and snatched it up right away. Wound up returning it the next day since T-Mobile and/or Alcatel completely neutered KaiOS for the device.
