I appreciate that. Most are good, but that one in a particular Houston store that took advantage of our family disappointed us greatly.

T-Mobile manager speaking on my own behalf – We emphasize the importance of auditing all device programs and MRC promotions before promising or facilitating a change of responsibility or migration at my store because of this exact reason. It would be irresponsible to expect a customer to know their pastcurrentfuture situation based on our policies. I think thats a huge part of TMO’s customer service is the willingness to guide our customers and act in their best interests.

This is partially correct – you will KEEP insider hookup discount but not most others.

Yes. T-Mobile will cover the standard plan cost. Anything more, The customer has to pay.

You will notice the $2 Netflix change when it comes into play. It’s a increase they are doing across the board.

I had been using my ATT Note 4 for 3G tethering sometimes and then I upgraded my phone to a T-Mobile Note 9 late last year. The Note 9 has a much better/faster modem and the 3G tethering on it is much better. When I connect my Galaxy Tab S4 to the Note 9, the tethering speed is pretty snappy, and can even do SD quality streaming reasonably well. I don’t use it that often, but when traveling I take the tablet and then I don’t need to use the TV in the condominium for entertainment.

I do not need it often, but found that the 3g hotspot was close to worthless. Having the 3gb will be an welcome addition. Had been looking at going back to ATT, but will stay now.

Since I choose the Premium 4K Netflix plan, I’m paying an extra few bucks in order to cover it. Is there something different that I’m missing?
